Punchline Manufacturing.
The problem
Luxury outdoor furniture & framed art manufacturer, Daytona Beach, FL. Brand identity, website, wholesale sales system, catalog, onboarding kit, and photography.
Punchline builds commercial-grade outdoor furniture and competes in the luxury outdoor furniture market. Its materials hadn't kept up with the product. The logo, website, and catalog had been put together in-house as the business grew, and nothing worked as one system. Pricing lived in a spreadsheet with no product organization, and there were no order forms or sales resources. Next to the established brands in its market, Punchline looked incomplete, and that friction showed up on both sides of every sale.
The diagnosis
A manufacturer selling wholesale doesn't need a brand that just looks good. It needs one that sells for it. Furniture stores need to understand the line quickly and order with confidence, and commercial buyers need proof they're dealing with a serious manufacturer. So the work had to cover the whole sales path, from the first impression to the order form.
What I delivered
A brand identity and guidelines for Punchline and its Phoenix Outdoor furniture line, designed to work together so each one strengthens the other. A wholesale sales system: an organized pricing and spec sheets, an MSRP sheet, order forms, a physical onboarding kit, and a catalog that presents the full line at the level it's built. A redesigned website on their existing GoDaddy platform, with a WordPress migration planned next. Product photography, truck wraps, stationery, and flyers, so every touchpoint carries the same standard.
Distributors and customers now move through the sale with far less friction. The site gets regular traffic, and customers use it on their own to find what they need. Punchline is also picking up new business from being found online, with a presence that finally matches the manufacturer it is.
