Vision General Contractors.

The problem

Vision General builds large commercial projects, from automotive facilities to corporate headquarters. Like a lot of contractors, they'd put their energy into the work itself, and their website and sales material hadn't kept pace.

The site covered the basics but didn't show the scale or quality of what they build, and there was nothing designed to carry a sales conversation. The result was a gap between how good the company is and how it came across to a prospect seeing it for the first time.

The Diagnosis

For a commercial GC, the portfolio is the pitch. Prospects want proof of similar work, at similar scale, before they pick up the phone. So the job wasn't a new look. It was organizing years of built work so it could be found and trusted, then giving the team a sales tool they could put in front of someone.

What I delivered

A redesigned website with the full portfolio sorted into project categories, so a prospect can find relevant work in a few clicks. A sales brochure, in print and digital, that the team uses to pitch new work. On-site photography and drone footage of their Florida builds, including Tesla facilities in Daytona Beach and Gainesville, JD Sports locations in Daytona and Port Orange, and their Port Orange office.

The site runs on WordPress, the platform they were already using, so updates stay fast. I chose the tool for how the site would be used, then customized it well past any template.
